Service Description. This Site describes Pre Employment Testing, Post Accident Testing, Random Drug Testing, Blood Draw, Specimen Collection provided by Cleartrack Mobile Collection Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Cleartrack Mobile Collection Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under GA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in GA for any related dispute.
